Unconscious and at great risk of dying. That’s how he was rescued Toodles, a poodle puppy who suffered from an overdose caused by his own owner, who was taking drugs with the little dog, in the United States. This was the dramatic story that Pennsylvania Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals shared.
In a publication last April 21, the organization indicated that they were alerted by a group of passers-by. They suspected the terrible treatment suffered by the dog. “The precious puppy was found with a person in Kensington, both were unconscious and unresponsive”, they explained.
