French union leaders have warned that their action against President Emmanuel Macron’s pension reform will continue regardless of the ruling of the Constitutional Council.
“The trade union struggle is far from over,” said the general secretary of the French Democratic Confederation of Labor (CFDT), Laurent Berger, in statements to the press at the beginning of the demonstration in Paris during a twelfth national day of mobilizations against the reform.
