A 50-year-old man is about to lose his penis after having a 24-hour sex marathon while on vacation in Italy. The tourist from Germany is seriously ill after combining ecstasy and viagra during his night of pleasure with his partner.

The doctors at the hospital report that the man suffered septic shock due to the sexual session held on May 10, for which his virile member and possibly the scrotum must be amputated.
