A public servant is removed from his position for carrying out obscene acts during a work videoconference

A director of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS), was caught at his workplace performing obscene acts with a colleague during a videoconference from his same workplace. Faced with this scandal, the important entity decided to remove him from his position.

Through the account of Twitter of the IMSS reported that the person had category N63 DIR ADMVO UMAEand that the measure was taken because the former official failed to comply with his labor obligations and affected the institutional image.

I had no knowledge that the camera was recording them

The video released shows the former official, identified as Adrian Orduno Yanez, during a work videoconference with the camera activated and carrying out impudent acts with a woman. Seconds later, the former official received a call, so he turned off the camera on his screen.

The employment relationship was terminated on May 12 after a video was shared on social networks about the workers committing immodest acts, causing their dismissal. The organization indicated that its personnel must adhere to the Code of Ethics for public servants of the federal government, of the IMSS Code of Conduct and Prevention of Conflicts of Interest and the Rules of Integrity for the Exercise of Public Function.

Wrapped in other controversies

The scandal was the trigger for the IMSS will take action on the matter, in addition to the fact that Adrán Orduño has previous accusations that relate him to an alleged corruption network in Yucatán.

Which points to his possible participation together with the delegate of the IMSS in that state, that is, Miriam Sánchez Castro. Currently, Adrián Yañez held the position in the Administrative Subdirectorate of the Hospital de Especialidades de Cardiología Siglo XXI- IMSS and has a master’s degree in hospital administration and public health from the Institute of Higher Studies in Public Administration.
