- Those who have entered the areas between the ports of entry without authorization after the announcement of the program
- Those who have not completed vaccination schedules or other public health requirements
However, rejected Venezuelans could request a immigration waiver to the US.

Access to this program is gratuitous both for the person who supports financially and for the beneficiary Venezuelan.
Is it necessary to have a passport?
The country’s Customs and Border Protection Office (CBP) ensures that Venezuelans must present a current and valid passport to apply to the US immigration program.
What happens after being approved by the program?
